We carefully pack and prepare all orders within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

We ship using UPS or USPS Priority Mail, depending on the destination and best available rate.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been marked Delivered by the carrier, Squash Blossom is no longer responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your package is missing, please contact UPS or USPS directly to open a claim.
We will always do our best to guide you through the process if you need support.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your package.
